We ensure full data integrity during transfer and offer dedicated support throughout the migration process, which usually takes 2-3 business days.

We offer a 30-minute introductory training, comprehensive documentation in English and a series of short instructional videos. For more advanced features like digital biomarkers or predictive analytics, we organize additional training sessions. Our support team is available 24/7 for the first 30 days of use.

Your data belongs to you 100%. At any time you can export all your data in standard formats (PDF, CSV, JSON) or transfer it to another system. After cancellation, we keep your data for 90 days in case you want to return, then safely delete it from our servers in accordance with GDPR regulations. You can also request immediate data deletion - we do this within 24 hours of receiving a written request.

No, this is not required. Context works fully through a web browser, so patients can use basic functions without installing anything. The optional Context mobile app for patients is available for those who want to conveniently fill out questionnaires, track their progress or receive reminders. The app offers additional features like digital biomarkers, but its absence doesn't limit basic system usage.

Digital biomarkers are advanced technology that analyzes patient phone data (with their consent) such as sleep patterns, physical activity, location or phone usage patterns. This data helps detect early signs of relapse or deterioration in mental health. All data is encrypted end-to-end, stored on cloud servers in the EU and processed in accordance with GDPR. The patient has full control over what data they share and can withdraw consent at any time.

Our telehealth feature not only enables secure video sessions, but also automatically generates session notes thanks to advanced AI. The system analyzes the conversation (with patient consent), identifies key topics, emotions and therapy progress, then creates organized clinical notes. This saves therapists 15-20 minutes after each session on writing documentation. AI notes are always checked and edited by the therapist before being saved in the system.
